These terms apply when you engage OEsupplies for procurement, IT support, cybersecurity, or .gy domain services, or when you use this website. By requesting a quote, placing an order, or using the site, you agree to them.
1. Services
We provide integrated procurement and IT services. The specific scope, deliverables, timelines and price for any engagement are set out in the quote or proposal we agree with you. Quotes are valid for the period stated on them and may change if requirements, supplier prices or exchange rates change before you accept.
2. Quotes, orders and payment
- A quote is an estimate based on the information you provide. An engagement begins once you accept a quote in writing.
- Domain orders placed on this site are confirmed once payment is received. Payment is handled by Mobile Money Guyana (MMG); no payment is taken on the website itself.
- Prices are in Guyana Dollars (GYD) unless stated otherwise. Where goods are sourced internationally, final cost may depend on supplier pricing, shipping and applicable duties, which we will confirm with you.
3. Domain registration
We register and manage .gy domains as a CoCCA-accredited registrar. Domain registrations are also governed by the policies of the .gy registry, which you agree to when you register. You are responsible for providing accurate registrant details and for renewing on time; we will give reasonable notice before a renewal is due. Domain fees, once a registration or renewal is processed with the registry, are generally non-refundable.
4. Your responsibilities
- Give us accurate, complete information and timely access where needed to do the work.
- Use our services and any systems we deliver lawfully.
- Keep your own credentials secure.
5. Intellectual property
Unless agreed otherwise in writing, deliverables we create specifically for you become yours once paid in full. Tools, frameworks and methods we use to deliver the work, and the content of this website, remain ours.
6. Warranties and liability
We perform our services with reasonable skill and care. To the extent permitted by law, the website and our general information are provided "as is", and our total liability for any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays or failures caused by third parties (such as suppliers, the registry or payment providers) outside our reasonable control.
7. Confidentiality
We treat your information as confidential and protect sensitive data as a standard practice. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle personal data.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always posted on this page with its effective date.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Co-operative Republic of Guyana.
